Why did you choose to come to Exeter?
I chose to come to Exeter after visiting campus for a residential trip which was a part of the Senior Scholars programme. After spending nearly a week on campus I fell in love with not only the university itself, but also the area that it was located too.
Why have you chosen your subject of study?
I have always wanted to study Law as I want to become a practicing solicitor after completing my studies. Law is such an interesting topic and is something which I am very passionate about, it is the only subject which I was interested in studying at university.
What does receiving this scholarship mean to you and how will it impact on your time at Exeter and beyond?
This scholarship means that now my degree can be my main focus as I can work more flexible hours that fit around my studies. It also means that I can join societies aiming to enhance my CV and skill set making me better prepared for the workplace.
